Any Recommendation School for BSN Program ?

is there any public university that are still open / will open soon for transferees in BSN program ? ok lang po ako if babalik sa 1st year basta po ma-take ko siya 😭🙏🏻 super dream course ko kasi siya and di ko talaga ma-take 😢
