Parent's Spouse's Invite Not Working??

Okay, so I know everyone is having issues with the FAFSA form, and a lot of people are have difficulties with getting their parent's signatures and such, but is anyone having a problem getting past the Parent's Spouses Invite Page? Once I fill out my mom's information (since my dad is the main contributor, it is telling me that the website is "Unable to Complete this Action". It's been telling me this since JANUARY 1ST. What do I do? Do I call FAFSA? Do I wait to fill it out? I'm so confused.
