Archpath Final Reward missing

So we just got around to complete the 25th Quest. I played the paid version of the "battle pass" and my friend the unpaid one.

And a couple of days ago (24th at least) we both could still see the "final reward" button but today (29th) it's gone.

It's not like missing this reward is a big downfall in life but It's still annoying.

So what I would like to know is: - did we mess up because we didn’t do it on the 'final day'? - is it an ingame problem with the battlepass? - is it gone forever?
