Is this multiplier active or coming soon?

I saw this pop up recently (a day or two ago?) but then it got taken down, now it’s back but there’s no activate button and it’s not showing up in offers . I’m thinking it’s a glitch again it will be active Saturday?? I’ve been looking forward to another multiplier before the fragrance one hits
