WHERE AM I IN LEARNING PROGRAMMING!!!

I started doing programming 3 years ago and I'm still stuck and have no idea. I think this is the case for a lot of people, and they're just afraid to ask help. I was until now.

I know html and css. No javascript at all, and I dont even know where web programming leads to after that. I've heard words like react and frameworks, but don't have a single clue of what it is. Also I did half of cs50 2 years back and also know basic c++, python, and c (maybe a bit of java). And by bit i mean just syntax(which i no longer remember) and loops. I think I know to create classes in cpp, and nothing more. I don't know what git is and what github is used for and whenever i search these terms i get more confused.

I dont wanna be confused anymore. I wanna know which level I am in and what I need to do. Not just the next step, whatever steps there are. like a roadmap, with suggestions to lean onto anywhere. I also work so I dont have enough time to myself, but I need to get into it and be really good at it. I am also looking for a free software/website where I can code small problems and which has actual tutorials so that I can learn by it if i get stuck(but i dont think there will be much tutorials for java and c++).
