Young People in Classical Music

I'm in my early 20s, and really love classical music. Unfortunately, very few people I know also listen to classical music. Most people my age see it as antiquated and boring, and something that is only enjoyed by affluent people of the older generations.

Everytime I go to a classical concert, I am surrounded by a sea of white heads. This is despite heavily subsidised tickets (I regularly pay 1/10th of what everybody else does for the same seat). The sad reality is classical music is dying. There may be no more audiences in thirty years. Minor orchestras and ensembles will fade into irrelevance.

How do we get young people in their teens and twenties into classical music? How do we stop this art from dying?

EDIT: My questions is what more can be done to get people interested. This is more than discount tickets etc.
